Eugenia Couchoud-Wilkinson MS, RDN, LD is a passionate bilingual (Spanish/English) with a Master in Science of Nutrition and
Dietetics (MS), Registered Dietitian (RD), Nutritionist (N) and Licensed (LD) in the State of Georgia. She has over 20 years of
experience in the areas of Medical Nutrition Therapy, Counseling, Education and Health Promotion.
She works with Individualized Medical Nutritional therapy helping patients to learn how to manage acute or chronic medical
conditions with their specific dietary recommendations.
Coming from a medical family she started working in the field of medical nutrition since she was very young. She began her
career in clinical nutrition at the Ricardo Gutierrez's Children Hospital- Oncology/Hematology Service in Argentina. Then she has
served in staff and management positions inpatient and outpatients clinics along Clinica Bazterica, Hospital Britanico de Buenos
Aires and Centro Medico Dr.Deragopyan and was a Nutrition Consultant for many other Programs and Companies.
When she moved to United States she had to validate her education, complete College and graduate courses and complete an
internship in order to qualify for the National Registration Exam (RD). Her rotation in Atlanta: WellStar Health System, Children's

Mrs. Galarza has been a Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist working with pregnant women and children for over 10 years. Currently working at the Georgia
Department of Public Health her activity is focused on nutrition counseling for women, infants and children.
With over 15 years of experience, she has worked as a consultant for the University of Georgia, in the area of Pediatric Nutrition, as well as many years with the State
of Georgia as a Pediatric Dietitian.
She recently completed Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta “Strong for Life” certification, for child and adolescent weight management, and is currently working on her
Board Certification as a Pediatric Nutritionist.
Working as a Registered Dietitian consultant for NutritionECW.com, she offers virtual visits in our private practice on Saturdays. Beyond a client’s personal preferences,
