Eugenia Couchoud-Wilkinson MS, RDN, LD is a Board Certified Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist by American Dietetic Association, Licensed by the Georgia State Board and Founder and CEO of NutritionECW, LLC - Medical Nutrition Therapy

She completed her Bachelor at Universidad Nacional de Buenos Aires, School of Medicine (UBA-Argentina) and graduate/Master Degrees from Universidad Nacional de Cordoba, School of Medical Sciences (UNC-Arg.) and a Post-degree in Enteral and Parenteral Nutrition Support from School of Post-Degree, Biochemistry & Pharmacy, UBA-Arg. and Bowling Green State University, Ohio.
Coming from a medical family she started working in the field of medical nutrition since she was very young. She began her career in clinical nutrition at the Hospital de Ninos Ricardo Gutierrez's - nutrition support for the Oncology/Hematology Service - Argentina.
Then she served for more than 15 years as a full-time staff and in management positions for inpatients in Acute & Intensive Care Units at Clinica Bazterica, Hospital Britanico de Buenos Aires, Centro Medico Dr. Deragopyan and was a Nutrition Consultant for many other Programs and Companies.
When she moved to United States, she had to validate her education, complete College, graduate and Master courses and a year internship in order to obtain the National Registration Exam (RD). Her rotations were at WellStar Health System, Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at Egleston (oncology patients), Depart. Senior Services, and Gwinnett County Board of Health/WIC Clinic in GA.

Haley M. BAK RDN CNSC is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, licensed by the Georgia State Board. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Arizona State University and holds the following certifications:

Mrs. Bak is currently working as Registered Dietitian II at Phoenix Children's Hospital in Glendale, Arizona. With over 7 years of experience in nutrition, Haley has worked in a variety of settings, including hospitals, schools, and outpatient clinics, providing nutrition counseling and education to diverse populations. She is currently pursuing her CDCES to provide better care to clients with diabetes.
Haley was inspired to become a dietitian after personally experiencing the impact of nutrition on her own health, particularly while navigating gastrointestinal issues. While she originally intended to pursue a medical degree, her passion for science and food ultimately led her to the field of dietetics.
She is a consultant for NutritionECW LLC where she brings extensive experience and a deep passion in helping others.
Today, she finds great fulfillment in helping others reach their health goals through personalized, evidence-based nutrition counseling.

Melissa Ayres, MPH, MS, RD, NASM-CPT is a Registered Dietitian, Board-Certified Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, licensed by the Georgia State Board.
She holds a Master’s in Public Health Nutrition from New York University and Master of Science in Nutrition from University of Saint Joseph - Hartford, CT with graduate certificate in sports nutrition. She completed her Dietetic Internship and additional graduate certificate in food and nutrition through Bowling Green State University.
Her first degree was a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from World College Institute at The New College of California, which encompassed multi-cultural studies in dance, foreign language, social studies and the arts.

With over 20 years of clinical hospital experience, she has worked at prestigious hospitals such as Providence Sacred Heart and Children's Hospital, Phoenix Children's Hospital, and Banner Thunderbird Medical Center, among others, primarily focusing on pediatrics, nutritional support, eating disorders, gastrointestinal problems, and home infusion.

Her background makes her an expert in various areas of nutrition, encompassing infants, pregnant women, adolescents, adults, and neurological and developmental conditions.

Claudia Winter MS, RDN, LD, CDCES is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics licensed by the Georgia State Board and a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist.
She has a Master’s degree in Health Sciences with focus in Nutrition from Georgia State University and completed over 1300 hours of rigorous training as a Dietetic Intern at some of Atlanta’s most recognized health organizations, such as Egleston Children’s Hospital, Grady Memorial Hospital, and Scottish Rite Children's Hospital.
Her passion for nutrition and diabetes management was ignited by her personal experience as a mother of a child with Type 1 diabetes which then led to her academic pursuits to enable her to help others going through the same challenges her son and family had to overcome.
Mrs Winter is a certified trainer with various insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitoring systems. She can help with device data, no matter how basic or advanced, so you can make adjustments that will make a difference in your health.
Mrs. Winter currently works as a diabetes educator in a Hospital and as a consultant at NutritionECW, providing MNT for type 1 diabetes

Sara Sawicki MS, RDN, LD, RYT 200 is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, licensed by the Georgia State Board. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from the University of Florida, Gainesville-FL, Cum Laude as well as a Master’s degree in Nutrition Sciences from the University of Alabama-Birmingham.

Ms. Sawicki worked at Emory University Hospital for nearly 5 years, providing nutritional support to patients in the surgical ICU and medical nutrition therapy to Kidney, Liver, and Pancreas Transplant patients, along with numerous other medical conditions.
Her passion for nutrition led her to volunteer on presentations in Nutrition and Organ Transplantation, conduct cooking demonstrations for Pre- and Post-Kidney Transplant Recipients, and she worked as the Clinical Director of Health Promotion of the Georgia Special Olympics (June 2018-August 2021) among other activities.
Seeking to understand the patient experience in a more comprehensive and holistic way, she traveled to Bali, Indonesia, to complete her training as a yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance). Her interests include traveling around the world, as well as experiencing different cultures and practices around healthy living to further increase her effectiveness as a RD.
In 2023, she decided to join our team at NutritionECW LLC to help clients achieve their individual goals and lead well-balanced, mindful lifestyles.

Anna Dimant MS RDN LD is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and health educator. She has a Bachelor’s degree from Hunter College, City University of New York and Master of Science from Brooklyn College, City University of New York.
With over 10 years of experience, she specializes in diabetes education, lifestyle coaching, and nutrition consulting.
She began her professional career as an educator at the Jewish Guild for the Blind in New York and continued to grow in the field of dietetics and nutrition at NYU Langone Hospital in Brooklyn, NY, and later at the Prestige Adult Day Health Care Center in Milpitas, CA.
As a Certified Diabetes and Lifestyle Coach, Anna contributed to the CDC’s Diabetes Prevention Program at the YMCA in Santa Clara, CA, and also collaborated with BabyLiveAdvice, Smarteater, and Sutter Health.
She held the role of Health Educator II at Kaiser Permanente Corporate and Community Worksite Wellness in Cupertino, CA, and later brought her expertise to Premise Health’s Google Health and Wellness in Sunnyvale, CA.
Her extensive experience spans various organizations, demonstrating her adaptability and commitment to promoting health and wellness.
Her philosophy focuses on clients centered and supports them in their journey with evidenced based information and assists them to set up goals that are practical and achievable in the short and long term.
