Eugenia Couchoud-Wilkinson MS, RDN, LD is a Board Certified Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist by American Dietetic Association, licensed by the Georgia State Board and Founder and CEO of NutritionECW, LLC - Medical Nutrition Therapy.
​She completed her Bachelor at Universidad Nacional de Buenos Aires, School of Medicine (UBA-Argentina) and graduate/Master Degrees from Universidad Nacional de Cordoba, School of Medical Sciences (UNC-Arg.) and a Post-degree in Enteral and Parenteral Nutrition Support from School of Post-Degree, Biochemistry & Pharmacy, UBA-Arg. and Bowling Green State University (BGSU), Ohio.
Coming from a medical family she started in the field of medical nutrition therapy (MNT) since she was very young.
She began her clinical career at Hospital de Ninos Ricardo Gutierrez's, nutrition support for the Oncology/Hematology Unit - Arg.
Then she served for 15+ years as a full-time staff and in management positions for inpatients in Acute & Intensive Care Units at Clinica Bazterica, Hospital Britanico de Buenos Aires, Centro Medico Dr. Deragopyan and was a Nutrition Consultant for many other Programs and Companies.
To validate her academic credentials against U.S. licensure standards and sit for her national RD examination, she completed undergraduate and graduate coursework involving rotations at WellStar Health System, Children's Healthcare of Atlanta (Egleston, with oncology patients), the Depart. of Senior Services, and the Gwinnett County Board of Health (WIC Clinic), GA.

​Mrs. Couchoud-Wilkinson specializes in translating complex scientific research into clear, practical, and easy-to-understand information for her patients. Her areas of expertise include Nutritional Biochemistry, Metabolic issues, Cardiovascular Disease, and Nutrigenomics, with a focus on how individuals can optimize health through personalized nutrition strategies.
She brings advanced knowledge in the integrative care of hematology and oncology patients, helping manage side effects such as taste changes, weight loss, and nausea, while ensuring optimal nutrition to support strength and treatment tolerance.

Mrs. Bak is currently working as Registered Dietitian II at Phoenix Children's Hospital in Arizona. With over 7 years of experience in nutrition, Haley has worked in a variety of settings, including hospitals, schools, and outpatient clinics, providing nutrition counseling and education to diverse populations. She is actively advancing her expertise in diabetes care (CDCES), along with integrative nutrition credential (IFNCP) to better support her clients through a holistic, evidence-based approach that addresses root causes of health concerns.

Haley was inspired to become a dietitian after personally experiencing the impact of nutrition on her own health, particularly while navigating gastrointestinal issues. Although she intentionally planned to pursue a medical degree, her passion for both science and food led her to the career of dietetics.
Mrs Bak is deeply committed to empowering individuals to achieve their health goals through personalized, evidence-based nutrition counseling.

Melissa Ayres, MPH, MS, RD, NASM-CPT is a Registered Dietitian, Board-Certified Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, licensed by the Georgia State Board.
She holds a Master’s in Public Health Nutrition from New York University and Master of Science in Nutrition from University of Saint Joseph - Hartford, CT with graduate certificate in sports nutrition. She completed her Dietetic Internship and additional graduate certificate in food and nutrition through Bowling Green State University.
Her Bachelor of Arts in Humanities is from World College Institute at The New College of California, which encompassed multi-cultural studies in dance, foreign language, social studies and the arts.

Michelle Roy, RDN, CDCES, is a board-certified Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences with a concentration in Nutrition from Hunter College.

Michelle brings a diverse background across endocrinology, pediatric nutrition, employee wellness, and diabetes technology.
She has worked with leading institutions, including UC Berkeley, Stanford Children’s Health, and UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital, supporting patients across the lifespan.

She specializes in diabetes management (Type 1, Type 2, Gestational Diabetes and other Specific Types) and metabolic health, with experience coaching patients using GLP-1 weight loss medications.
​Michelle is also a certified trainer in multiple insulin pump and continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) systems, with advanced expertise in interpreting device data to guide meaningful, sustainable behavior change.

Marco Giraldo-Salazar MS, BC earned both his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Nutritional Sciences, with a specialization in Community Nutrition, from the University of Georgia (UGA), where he received the prestigious “Double Dawg” recognition.
​
Originally from Medellín, Colombia, Marco began his academic journey in nutrition in 2001 at the University of Antioquia (UdeA). Since high school, he has been driven by a strong commitment to becoming a Registered Dietitian, inspired in part by his own personal experience with weight management. This journey has fostered a deep understanding of both the physical and emotional complexities of nutrition and health, and continues to shape his compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.

Mr. Giraldo-Salazar's clinical interests include pediatric nutrition, weight management for children, adolescents, and adults, sports nutrition, and medical nutrition therapy for kidney-related conditions and disordered eating patterns.
He is dedicated to delivering evidence-based, practical guidance tailored to each individual, with a strong emphasis on sustainable lifestyle changes.

Anna Dimant MS RDN LD is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and health educator. She has a Bachelor’s degree from Hunter College, City University of New York and Master of Science from Brooklyn College, City University of New York.
With over 10 years of experience, she specializes in diabetes education, lifestyle coaching, and nutrition consulting.
She began her professional career as an educator at the Jewish Guild for the Blind in New York and continued to grow in the field of dietetics and nutrition at NYU Langone Hospital in Brooklyn, NY, and later at the Prestige Adult Day Health Care Center in Milpitas, CA.
As a Certified Diabetes and Lifestyle Coach, Anna contributed to the CDC’s Diabetes Prevention Program at the YMCA in Santa Clara, CA, and also collaborated with BabyLiveAdvice, Smarteater, and Sutter Health.
She held the role of Health Educator II at Kaiser Permanente Corporate and Community Worksite Wellness in Cupertino, CA, and later brought her expertise to Premise Health’s Google Health and Wellness in Sunnyvale, CA.
Her extensive experience spans various organizations, demonstrating her adaptability and commitment to promoting health and wellness.
Her philosophy focuses on clients centered and supports them in their journey with evidenced based information and assists them to set up goals that are practical and achievable in the short and long term.
