Eugenia Couchoud-Wilkinson MS, RDN, LD is a Board Certified Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist by American Dietetic Association, Licensed by the Georgia State Board and founder of NutritionECW, LLC - Medical Nutrition Therapy

She completed her Bachelor at Universidad Nacional de Buenos Aires, School of Medicine (UBA-Argentina) and graduate/Master Degrees from Universidad Nacional de Cordoba, School of Medical Sciences (UNC-Arg.) and a Post-degree in Enteral and Parenteral Nutrition Support from School of Post-Degree, Biochemistry & Pharmacy, UBA-Arg. and Bowling Green State University, Ohio.
Coming from a medical family she started working in the field of medical nutrition since she was very young. She began her career in clinical nutrition at the Hospital de Ninos Ricardo Gutierrez's - nutrition support for the Oncology/Hematology Service - Argentina.
Then she served for more than 15 years as a full-time staff and in management positions for inpatients in Acute & Intensive Care Units at Clinica Bazterica, Hospital Britanico de Buenos Aires, Centro Medico Dr. Deragopyan and was a Nutrition Consultant for many other Programs and Companies.
When she moved to United States, she had to validate her education, complete College, graduate and Master courses and a year internship in order to obtain the National Registration Exam (RD). Her rotations were at WellStar Health System, Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at Egleston (oncology patients), Depart. Senior Services, and Gwinnett County Board of Health/WIC Clinic in Georgia.

Sara Sawicki MS, RDN, LD, RYT 200 is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, licensed by the Georgia State Board. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from the University of Florida, Gainesville-FL, Cum Laude as well as a Master’s degree in Nutrition Sciences from the University of Alabama-Birmingham.

Ms. Sawicki worked at Emory University Hospital for nearly 5 years, providing nutritional support to patients in the surgical ICU and medical nutrition therapy to Kidney, Liver, and Pancreas Transplant patients, along with numerous other medical conditions.
Her passion for nutrition led her to volunteer on presentations in Nutrition and Organ Transplantation, conduct cooking demonstrations for Pre- and Post-Kidney Transplant Recipients, and she worked as the Clinical Director of Health Promotion of the Georgia Special Olympics (June 2018-August 2021) among other activities.
Seeking to understand the patient experience in a more comprehensive and holistic way, she traveled to Bali, Indonesia, to complete her training as a yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance). Her interests include traveling around the world, as well as experiencing different cultures and practices around healthy living to further increase her effectiveness as a RD.
In 2023, she decided to join our team at NutritionECW LLC to help clients achieve their individual goals and lead well-balanced, mindful lifestyles.

Nancy Acerra MS, RDN, LD is a Board Certified Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, licensed in the States of Georgia & Texas.
She has always wanted to work in the health field helping people to improve their health and feel better. This compelled her to completed her Master’s Degree in Nutrition at Andrews University in Michigan & Bachelor’s Degree in Health & Wellness at Buffalo State College in NY.
To enrich her expertise in medical nutrition therapy, over the years she developed an interest in holistic health. This led her to obtain certifications
- National Strength and Conditioning Association – Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT)
- AFPA Certified Health & Wellness Coach, AFPA Certified Holistic Nutritionist, AFPA Certified Holistic Autoimmune Nutritionist
- LEAP therapy certified

Ms. Acerra has worked as a RD for 18 years and has extensive experience as a clinical dietitian having worked in a variety of setting including hospitals, long term care facilities, dialysis clinics, cancer center & psych facility. Most recently she worked for ~2 years for Somatus counseling patients that had CKD 3-5 & ESKD on dialysis as well as a variety of other health concerns.​

As a consultant, she offers to our practice individualized, evidence-based nutrition advice to patients from the traditional and holistic approach.

Liliana Pires LN, is a Renal Nutrition Specialist, a consultant at NutritionECW, LLC, an expert in diet and nutrition specifically for people with kidney disease, weight control problems, and type 2 diabetes.
She completed her Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition and Dietetic from the Universidad Nacional de Buenos Aires, School of Medicine. Argentina.

She holds post-graduate academic training in kidney disease and belongs to the Kidney and Nutrition Study Group of the Argentine Association of Nutritionists.
Mrs Pires has extensive experience as a clinical dietitian having worked in hospitals and dialysis facilities - Fresenius Medical Care and Pre-dialysis kidney disease clinics.

As a Consultant, she offers to our practice specialized, evidence-based dietary advice to patients with kidney disease, whether they are in the early stages of kidney disease, on dialysis, or living with a kidney transplant.

Ms. Melissa Cruz MS BS obtained her Masters’ in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Georgia (UGA) and her bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in health and fitness from the University of North Georgia.
She has joined NutritionECW LLC to be trained in nutrition counseling and Medical Nutrition therapy, as part of her dietetic internship. She brings clinical experience working in pediatrics and emergency medicine.
Melissa was a part-time Research assistant at The University of Georgia from May to Aug 2023 and she has also done community work at UGA Cooperative Extension and FoodTalk nutrition education.
Her areas of interest include private practice, maternal health, pediatrics, and sports nutrition.
She also enjoys connecting to her Mexican American roots and aspires to work with the Hispanic community.
Melissa has a passion for health and wellness. In her free time, she enjoys strength training, Pilates, cooking, and trying new restaurants.
She also enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling.

Mrs Garcia loves the nature, cooking new nutritious recipes and exotic and aphrodisiacs dishes.
Her love for nature is reflected in her organic garden, where she spends hours of the day improving her harvest.
